MG has revealed a facelifted version of its 3 supermini.

Exterior changes include a new front grille, while inside the brand claims the interior of the car now boasts class-leading head and leg room for passengers.

Elsewhere, MG has upped the 3’s warranty to last for seven years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes soonest.

Daniel Gregorious, head of sales and marketing, at MG Motor UK, said: “The new MG3 is another example of how we’re creating fantastic value-for-money packages across the range. Our seven year warranty, high specification, competitive pricing, strong finance offers and fantastic design really set New MG3 apart in the supermini segment.”

Priced from £9,495, it is on sale now.

Wessex Water takes on 67 Kangoos

Kangoo fleet deal

Wessex Water has taken on a fleet of 67 Renault Kangoos to help meet the needs of its customers in the south west.

The vans will be used by the firm’s scientists, water samplers and inspectors throughout Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire while they will also be used to help complete site surveys.

Martin Crocker, head of fleet at Wessex Water, said: “The Kangoo continues to be perfect for our requirements, representing great value and being popular with our operatives. Our previous ones proved to have near bulletproof reliability, racking up 25,000 miles a year, and the residuals have stood up equally well. For us, there are very few other small vans that offer such an attractive package. Based on our experiences of the Kangoo we’ve now ordered a Z.E version, which we’ll appraise with a view to adding more in the future.”
